The Academy Campus

Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants/Students/Media Execs are required to register with Asian Academy of Creative Arts (AACA) to attend the master classes, producers summit and national winner conference organized by AACA with nominal fee (non-refundable), during the Academy Campus day/week as announced by AACA.
  2. Access, Passes or seats must be reserved and booked online through the designated means as notified by AACA. Access or Seats are allocated and reserved based on first come first served basis.
  3. Access, Passes or seats are subject to the limited available capacity or seats or space at the online platform or venue of the Academy Campus.
  4. The Academy Campus Passes issued to a registered participant is not transferable.
  5. AACA reserves the right to change the agenda, subject, topic, schedule, time, date, venue, host, speaker, panelist or presenter, at any time without prior notice. You are advised to check the AACA website (www.asianacademycreativeawards.com) regularly up to the day of the Academy Campus day/week itself, for any updates.
  6. All personal information collected by AACA are subject to the privacy policy adopted by AACA as stated on the AACA website.
  7. AACA reserves the right to entirely cancel or postpone any event or activities of the Academy Campus, at its absolute discretion, for any reasons whatsoever.

Additional Rules for Producers Summit and Masterclass Series  (“Webinar”)

  1. You must have a valid email address to register for the Webinar with us. For verification and security purposes, please ensure you register the same name as per your profile and registered name. Do not use a nick name that is different from your profile name or vice versa to register and access into our Webinar. If we are unable to verify your registration on the day of the event, you will not be permitted to access the Webinar.
  2. Please send us all your questions at least a week, prior to the event for consideration and moderation purposes. This will also allow the speakers to prepare the necessary answers, for efficiency. Note, AACA, the host and the speakers reserve absolute rights to choose and/or reject any questions submitted.
  3. You must dress decently and appropriately. The correct attire for our event is formal or office wear.
  4. You must ensure that your virtual background does not contain any images or words that are illegal, inappropriate, vulgar, discriminatory, immoral, defamatory, terrorising and/or sexual in nature including any other images or words that may cause any reputational or other harm to AACA, its hosts, speakers, employees, chairpersons and any third party and/or participants.
  5. You are NOT allowed to record the Webinar, at all. You shall NOT take any picture or screenshot of the Webinar. You are NOT allowed to publish or re-publish or distribute or edit or copy or download the video recording, images, any video clips or section/portion of the Webinar. All recordings and images of the Webinar belongs strictly to AACA and its invited guests speakers and hosts.
  6. This is a live streaming event/Webinar, by registering to attend the Webinar you hereby agree that you have read and accept all the terms and conditions of the Academy Campus including these Additional Rules for Webinar. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, please do not register.
  7. You hereby grant your irrevocable consent to AACA to record, use, edit your name, likeness, image, picture, video and voice, including but not limited to the Q&A, virtual networking or interview sessions during the Webinar (“Materials”).  AACA shall have the absolute right to use, edit, commercially exploit, and to license others to use, in any manner, all or any portion of the Materials for worldwide exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised; for the purpose of broadcasting or streaming the Webinar including for the purposes of any and all vignettes and/or other creative and/or promotional materials which are to be created by or on behalf of AACA from the Webinar, free of charge and in perpetuity.
  8. AACA reserves the absolute rights to (a) reject any registration, deny and/or block your access to the Webinar, at any time without reasons (b) change the Agenda/Program and speaker and/or postpone or cancel the Webinar, at any time without notice.
  9. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AACA and each of its assigns, licensees, officers, guest speakers, hosts, chairpersons, directors and employees, from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable outside attorneys’ fees), judgments and penalties arising out of, resulting from, based upon or incurred because of your breach or default of these terms and conditions or of any representation, warranty, agreement, undertaking or certification hereunder and/or your negligence, malfeasance, tortious or reckless acts or omissions.
  10. This terms and conditions are govern by the Singapore Law. You hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Law and Courts of Singapore.
