Terms and conditions
- Eligibility
1.1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
1.2. Employees, affiliates, or family members of Asian Academy of Creative Arts (AACA) are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Requirements
2.1. To enter, participants must answer the question stated in the post, and must be following @asianacademycreativeawards on Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook.
2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Selection of Winner(s)
3.1. The winner(s) will be notified via Instagram and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize.
3.2. If no response is received within the stated period, AACA reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- Prize
4.1. The prize includes 2x Fan Zone Passes for 4th December 2024, Wednesday.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
4.3. AACA will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by the winner(s).
- General Conditions
5.1. AACA reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Participants are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions upon entering the giveaway.
5.3. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.
- Liability
6.1. AACA shall not be held liable for any issues beyond its control, including but not limited to cancellations or postponements of the event.
6.2. By participating, entrants agree to release AACA from any liability relating to the giveaway or the use of the prize.
- Privacy
7.1. Any personal information collected as part of the giveaway will be processed in accordance with AACA’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
- Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
