Tosca Looby is one of Australia’s pre-eminent unscripted television directors. In 2021 she created See What You Made Me Do, a multi award winning series for SBS as well as Strong Female Lead, a feature documentary examining the treatment of Australia’s one and only female prime minister, Julia Gillard. In 2022 she has delivered a three part art series for ABC Television, Tiny Oz, and is currently doing a follow up series, with Jess Hill, on the subject of consent in Australia. She has worked in natural history and factual documentary around the world, and her work has won and been nominated for the Rose D’Or, Asian Academy, AACTA, Walkley, Content Innovation Awards and many more.
