Cindy Khoo is a Singaporean strategic operations and production leader with over 15 years of experience across media, technology, and visual effects. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Program Management and Production Systems at Eyeline Studios and Scanline VFX (powered by Netflix), where she led global initiatives across studio operations, systems integration, and business transformation.
Her work has supported high-profile projects for Netflix, Warner Bros., and Legendary, across titles like Stranger Things and Godzilla vs. Kong. During her tenure, she played a key role in growing Scanline’s global production footprint, expanding core operations in Vancouver and Los Angeles while helping establish new studios in Montreal, London, and Seoul, and scaling capacity across regions.
In 2024, Yu Yu Hakusho, where she served as Executive Producer for Scanline VFX, won Best VFX at the Asian Academy Creative Awards.
Cindy is actively exploring new opportunities where she can lead strategy and operations, with a focus on driving meaningful impact across creative, technology, and innovation-focused environments.
