The Asian Academy Creative Awards has appointed exclusive boutique caterer, Purple Sage led by Executive Chef, Teo Yeow Siang, who will mastermind The Grand Dinner to be staged at Singapore’s historic Capitol Theatre this December 6th.
The glamorous occasion will honour the first recipients of the prestigious AAA award, dubbed the “Goddess of Creativity”.
Chef Teo will oversee an exclusive 4 course dining experience that will play a big part in the night’s success.
Chef Teo was Captain of the winning Singapore National Culinary Team at the 2016 Culinary Olympics, held in Erfurt, Germany and staged every four years.
In addition, Purple Sage has also been named Outstanding Caterer of the Year by World Gourmet Summit.
“Historically the catering on a night like this has played a back seat to the awards ceremony but, at the AAA, the entire evening must form as one to be an unforgettable occasion” says AAA President Michael McKay.
