Vekeana Dhillon is the Creator-In-Chief at The Foundry creating original IPs for their vast catalogue of feature films, series, and podcasts. She is the Ambassador for India for the Asian Academy Awards and Juror for their international categories. With five feature films released internationally including Kisaan and I-Proud to be an Indian, she’s written Virat Kohli’s animation series Super V for Disney+ Hotstar. Once a Channel [V] VJ, and presenter for BBC World Radio and BBC Asian News Network, she’s one of Telefilm Canada’s Premiere Writers and nominated for The Women’s International Film & Television Showcase Foundation Jury Award. She’s known for her prolific writing and professional triumphs, and recently conducted her Masterclass in Screenwriting for the AACA 2022.
