Kirthiga Reddy is CEO & Co-founder, Virtualness, an authentication, fan engagement and monetization platform using the power of generative AI and blockchain.

From offering a unique space for influencers like Nas Daily, Lorenz Taylor (Washington Post journalist and TikTok influencer) and Shira Lazar (Emmy nominated host and author) to connect with their audience and explore new revenue streams, to transforming fan engagement  for Liga1 – the largest football team in Asia , authentication and community for Guinness World Record Women in Cloud milestone and Asian Academy Creative Award, Virtualness is leading the way to make genAI and blockchain more accessible for the masses.

Previously, she was the first female Investment Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers (SBIA), manager of the $130B+ SoftBank Vision Fund. Her focus was frontier, enterprise and health tech investments. She led about $1B in new investments across fast-evolving sectors like web3, metaverse, gaming, quantum computing, additive manufacturing, mental wellness and enterprise. She managed an overall portfolio of over $5B.

She has held the role of Managing Director, Facebook India, and South Asia, for over six years, starting as their first employee in India.

Kirthiga holds an MBA from Stanford University, where she graduated with highest honors as an Arjay Miller Scholar, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Marathwada University, India. She has been recognized as Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business,” Fortune India’s “Most Powerful Women” and has served as Chair, Stanford Business School Management Board.
