Graduated from Eastern Washington University’s Department of Electronic Media & Filmic Arts (EMAF), Hsumajored in directing/producing. After graduation, he worked in LA at an indie production agency. Stanley returned to Taiwan in 2001, and worked as a film/TV drama assistant. Has been in filmdistribution, and headed a VFX production department, and a TV drama department. Has produced more than 25 works.
Be it dramas or movies, everything starts from the script. Rosebud Production begins from scriptwriting as astarting point, and produces high quality, exquisite dramas and films. It focuses on storytelling, bringing stories to life for the audience and the market. The company’s name is derived from the movie Citizen Kane (1941), in which “Rosebud” is that one thing you want to keep in your heart, no matter where you go, and whatyour ultimate goal is.
