Michael is the President of the Asian Academy Creative Awards, an Award-winning Executive Producer, Director and Creator of Programming with over 30 years experience in network television. Michael has an extensive knowledge of the Asia-Pac media landscape. As the President of activeTV, he is very passionate about the business of making content and has won numerous awards for his work, including an International Emmy.
Michael also has a very strong, unscripted, entertainment, sports and live TV background. He is also a member of the ‘International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’. In his spare time Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching and going to Australian Football and the Grand Prix.

Our CEO is a highly experienced media and corporate lawyer. Upon obtaining a Law Degree from the University of Malaya, Fiona has built a formidable career as an in-house legal counsel over the past 20 years. Her former employers include Star Cruises (listed in HKSE), Astro Malaysia (listed in KLSE), SpeedCast (listed in ASX) and RTL-CBS Asia. Prior to AAA, she was the Head of Legal for Vuclip (operates under VIU) based in Singapore.
Having gained valuable expertise in broadcasting and media law, Fiona brings her vast legal experience to ensure the integrity of the AAA. At work, Fiona is friendly, sensible, positive, believes in teamwork and is driven by a sense for fair play. In her free time, Fiona catches a good movie or TV show to wind down and spends as much as possible quality time with family and friends.

Fluent in several Asian languages, Louisa joined Asian Academy Creative Awards since its establishment in 2018. With strong interpersonal skills and a distinct flair for organization, Louisa plays a key part in day-to-day business in Asia. Apart from spending time with her children, she enjoys watching movies and grooving to Blackpink.
